Walker hosts Pinewood Derby

Nearly 30 Cub Scouts from Walker's Pack 700, as well as family, friends and Walker staff, participated in this weekend's annual Pinewood Derby on campus. Each Scout was given a standard block of wood and —with a little help from parents — crafted custom designs before racing for trophies and prizes. The event also included face painting provided by Walker's BSA Girls Troop 444, volunteers from Walker's BSA Boy's Troop 444, a balloon artist, sweet and savory treats, and a photo booth.
