Super Easy Bread Class

Do you want to learn how to make EASY fresh homemade bread for your family?  In this class you will learn the art of the quick no-knead bread dough. Create crusty peasant boules for dinner or bake loaves for the perfect avocado toast or sandwich. With just a bowl and a spatula, this technique shows you just how easy and delicious homemade bread can be. 
 
Ingredients
4 c Organic or unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 ½ tsp Instant Yeast – such as fast-rising,  rapid-rise, or bread machine
2 c Warm water
1 stick butter - room temperature
 
Equipment
4 qt large mixing bowl 
2-4 c liquid measuring cup
2 1qt mixing bowls
1 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pan (optional)
Measuring spoons & cups
Whisk
Rubber spatula
Plastic wrap or tea towel
Basting or pastry brush
