Westbrook Wins Third State Championship

Congratulations to Senior Austin Westbrook! Austin finished the season 16-0, a huge accomplishment after suffering a broken collarbone in November. He finished first at Areas and first at Sectionals before claiming the championship at 132 pounds. For his career, he was 148-13 and won more than 20 individual titles. Sophomore Jad Abdelhadi also had a strong State Tournament with a 5th place finish while freshman Anthony Spradling also qualified for States and won 2 matches. Overall, Walker finished #8 as a team with just 3 wrestlers. Congratulations on a terrific season!
