POTA volunteers

Parent volunteers, or liaisons, support the Fine Arts teachers in several ways. Liaisons at the Primary and Lower Schools help display art in the hallways, assist the music teacher during rehearsals and performances, coordinate costumes and decorations for special end-of-year performances, chaperone off-campus events, and help coordinate the Art Festival, among other tasks.

Liaisons at the Middle and Upper School coordinate student meals during pre-concert rehearsals, chaperone field trips and off-campus performances, help build stage pieces and paint props for the annual musical and other theatrical productions and help the teacher plan the end-of-year awards ceremony and showcase.
