Help our epidemiology students

Mrs. Adams' Walker Epidemiology classes have been hard at work learning about COVID-19 and how vaccines work. In order to better understand the knowledge and needs of our parent community regarding COVID-19 vaccines (as well as helping them statistically analyze relevant real-world data), please take about 5 minutes before the end of spring break to complete this anonymous survey the students crafted.
