Upper and Middle School Parent Speaker

Join us on Monday, Feb. 8 (Upper School Parents) and Tuesday, Feb. 9 (Middle School Parents) for a virtual speaker session with New York Times Bestselling author Michael Thompson. Zoom links will be sent by individual divisions the morning of each session.
“Parenting In a Time of Crisis”
We are pleased to welcome New York Times Bestselling author Michael Thompson, a consultant and psychologist specializing in children and families. Dr. Thompson is speaking with our students, parents, faculty and staff about the challenges we are facing during these unprecedented times. He is the supervising psychologist for The Belmont Hill School (an independent school for boys in Belmont, Mass.) and has worked in more than 700 schools across the United States as well as in schools in Central America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Dr. Thompson has already met with faculty in each division and during the next two weeks will meet with students, parents and staff to discuss and learn how each group is doing. Once he has spoken with all groups, he will share his insights about our community with the Walker Administration to help us understand areas where we can provide additional support. We hope you will join us. Each division will email a Zoom link to parents the day of the session to attend.
