Used Book Sale

Parent-to-Parent used book sales sponsored by the US Parent Council

The purpose of this Google Spreadsheet is to allow families to connect with other Walker families to buy and sell text books.Only books on the 2017-18 book list may be sold . This is meant to be a way to connect those wanting to buy and those wanting to sell. You will need to have a Google account to use the spreadsheet, all Walker students will be able to use their Walker email to login.
Selling Used Books:
Click on the link to the Google Spreadsheet. There is an instruction tab that outlines how to enter each book to be sold. You must enter complete information on the book and your contact information. You can enter as many books as you like. You determine the price that you are willing to sell the book.

Buying Used Books:
Click on the link to the Google Spreadsheet. Go to the “Entry Sheet” tab, find the book you want to purchase type your information in the green Buyer section and then you must contact the person selling the book. If you put your information in this section it is assumed that you will purchase that book, should you choose not to purchase the book, remove your information so someone else may purchase. When choosing a book to buy, be sure to check the ISBN number to ensure you have the correct book.
Donating Used Books:
Should you decide that you want to donate your used books, please deposit them in the book drop boxes in the Middle and Upper School offices. We will accept both currently used books and those that are no longer being used at Walker. There will be a student run service project to sell these books and donate the money to a charity of their choosing.  Last year we raised over $700!
