Senior Spotlight - Megan Duckworth, Cross Country
What is your favorite memory at Walker and why? Or what do you like most about Walker?
My favorite memory at Walker is going to NYC for a Model UN conference. We flew there and stayed in a hotel in the middle of the city. In addition to the conference, we had free time where we were able to shop or find fun places to eat. It was such a cool experience to have with my friends from school.
What is your favorite class in school and why?
My favorite class is math, specifically geometry. I like things that have set rules and plans to follow because they make it easier for me to understand the material.
Who is your favorite teacher at school and why?
My favorite teacher is Mr. Hagen. He constantly tells corny jokes throughout his classes and I am normally the only one that laughs at them. Aside from the humor, he is always super helpful and understanding whenever I need guidance.
