Neil K. Clark, Dean of College Counseling and Guidance at The Walker School in Marietta, Georgia was named the 2007 Counselor of the Year by the Southern Region of the College Board. The southern region consists of the ten states with over 3500 public and private high school. Mr. Clark received congratulatory letters or proclamations from all of the ten governors.
