Red Cross presents Walker with a Certificate of Appreciation
 At the beginning of the upper school assembly on Thursday, March 30, 2006, two representatives from the American Red Cross presented The Walker School with a Certificate of Appreciation in response to Walker's generous donation to the Hurricane Disaster Relief Fund. This past fall, The Walker School's Student Government Association (SGA) coordinated the "Have A Heart" campaign and raised over $11,000 which was then donated in full to The American Red Cross.
