Service Fair
The Walker School's 2nd Annual Community Service Fair was held last Wednesday, March 15 in the Muthiah Activity Center from 12:00pm-2:15pm. Over 34 different community service/volunteer organizations were represented at this year's fair, ranging from older adult centers and homeless shelters to animal rescue societies and guide-dog training facilities. Students from the fifth grade, middle school, and high school, along with Walker faculty and parents were introduced to the needs that surround our wonderful community. As always, we are extremely fortunate to be at The Walker School and the least we can do is give these organizations something more valuable than money...our time!
