As you may know, we have been in the process of creating an online business directory that highlights our community-affiliated businesses. Thanks to the overwhelming support of the Walker community, we now have enough entries to launch the directory on our site.
Each February, Walker Arts Month allows students to step into the spotlight and participate in performances with visiting artists. This year’s theme of The Global South will highlight artistic explorations of both the American South and the Southern Hemisphere.

Pat Hall and four of his senior football players represented Walker well in the seventh annual Cobb All-Star Senior Bowl on Saturday, December 21 at McEachern High School.
The terrific trio that makes up Walker's College Counseling Office - Robyn Johnson, Neil Clark, and Peter Sullivan - have heard these words frequently over the past few months, and to those that know them, this comes as no surprise.

Congratulations to Walker’s final four wrestlers in the state championship: Will Schubert in the 132 weight classification, Jason Schubert at the 138 weight classification, Jordan Schoettler at 145 and Jacob Lill at 195. They all placed fourth in the GHSA Wrestling State Championship.
Walker's Science Olympiad team earned fifth place at the Georgia Science Olympiad Division C Regional Tournament at Emory University on February 23 and will head to the state competition at Southern Poly on March 16.
